Startups are celebrated because they succeed in spite of great odds. Imagine entering as a wild card candidate in a 100 metres race that has Usain Bolt no less, with both of your hands tied behind your back. Who can argue with this? Start-ups are famously cash-strapped, and that makes it difficult to hire the best full-time talent, that can be expensive.
